Who's a happy, beautiful girl? Dear Rossy came to TAS south from a Val d'Or Quebec about 10 days ago. Rossy was at their shelter for approx 1year. She is sooooo sweet with all people she meets and so clean in her run. She is a spayed female about 2 yrs old...Collie mix....Rossy hasnt been adopted yet as she doesnt love other dogs.
