Zoey is a 13 year old Lab/Beagle mix who has lived with the same man all her life. Sadly, her owner is in palliative care and can no longer look after Zoey; all he wants to know is that his cherished dog has someone caring and loving her.Zoey is in good health, loves people, is good with other dogs, likes her walks, is quiet and well mannered.
Speaking of Dogs Rescue is trying to find her either a forever or foster home as Zoey is currently in a boarding situation.
The owner's family is desperately trying to fulfill the man's last wish which is to find someone to love Zoey for the rest of her days.
I've attached a picture of Zoey, she's approx. 55 pounds, spayed and has been vetted on a regular basis.

ReplyDeleteI hope whomever adopts Zoey will take her to visit her previous owner, I'm sure it would mean so much to him, in his last years.
ReplyDeleteZoey's dad passed away, but beforehand he was happy to know that Zoey had found a loving home. :)
